Who Does What

  • Credit decision

    The lender or factor

Gather the file; show their decision, attributed.

  • Inspection and checks

    A qualified provider

Request the report and keep its limits with it.

  • Assignment and filings

Track the closing steps the lender set.

  • Holding and paying funds

Show their confirmations. Never control the money.

Keep the record visible and route each issue.

A lien search is not proof of priority, and a clean search is not a clean title. Four separate fields, never one checkbox.

The rules of the room

Three Levels of Sight

  1. I

    Public

Opted-in provider profiles, service areas, criteria. Advertising, labelled.

  2. II

    Restricted match

A redacted brief, only to providers the business chooses.

  3. III

    Private workspace

Contracts, invoices, identities, bank details, decisions, settlement.

The life of a contract

Six Stages

  • Stage I

    Underwrite

An arithmetic check of typed terms. It decides nothing.

    Local simulation
  • Stage II

    Tokenize

One contract would become one ownership record.

    Not open yet
  • Stage III

    Fragment

That record would divide into fragments that sum exactly.

    Not open yet
  • Stage IV

    Trade

Verified parties would buy, sell and trade fragments.

    Not open yet
  • Stage V

    Pawn

A held contract could secure a loan.

    Not open yet
  • Stage VI

    Realize

Settlement would close the record. Nothing is paid here.

What the checker understands

Eight Contract Types

  • Type I

    Pawn loan

Redemption must equal cash, interest and fees.

  • Type II

    Outright purchase

A shop buys it. The typed total must add up.

  • Type III

    Listing sale

Vendor to buyer. Price, shipping, insurance add up.

  • Type IV

    Trade

Two sides swap items. Cash only when stated.

  • Type V

    Consignment

A shop sells for you. Floor never exceeds asking.

  • Type VI

    Liquidation lot

An estate sells as seen. Both sides say so.

  • Type VII

    Auction lot

Highest bidder wins. Reserve never below opening.

  • Type VIII

    Layaway

Set aside now, paid in parts. The parts must add up.

Verification is not open. No entity, investor or business is verified. Shop map records confirmed by their owner: 0 of 2,039.

Check a quote For shops

This page describes a contracts market that is not open. Nothing here offers, sells or solicits any security, loan or investment. No one is verified, no contract is listed, and no money or title moves here. The quote check is a simulation on your device; it decides nothing and is not legal or financial advice. Rules for selling parts of contracts differ by place; no legal review has been done. No stage opens without verified parties, legal review and a licensed partner. This site is not a party to any contract shown here.

Three balls. Open since forever.
